How do you activate Captioning or Live Transcript on Zoom 2023?

In your Zoom settings (before meetings):

1. Go to https://zoom.us/ then click on “My Account”

2. Use the left menu and click on “Settings”

3. Search for “Captioning”

4. Make sure the “Manual Captions” and “Automated Captions” are turned on

Inside of a meeting:

1. Click “More” (the 3 dots on the right)

2. Click “Show Captions”

3. Select the language and hit “Save”
